DISC ADVANCED® is the World’s most advanced behavioural assessment system, measuring both the subconscious “real self” and conscious behavioural styles, designed to provide users with practical and useable information. The process includes extensive instructions on how to achieve real results that enhance performance. Its main purpose is to increase understanding of human behaviour; our own and others.

We’ve all experienced workplaces where personality clashes disrupt the whole eco-system, and severely impact performance and bottom line issues.
This workshop is snappy and fun, and builds empathy and understanding of the needs and motivations of ourselves and those around us. It raises awareness about how we all bring unique qualities and strengths to the workplace, and when these qualities and strengths are harnessed and celebrated, the environment very quickly becomes safe, supportive and productive.
