Ken Baade & Leonie Orgill - Spreading Christmas Joy (Part 1)

Ken Baade and Leonie Orgill can’t get enough of Christmas, and in particular the squeals of joy from the kids. Even the parents get excited! What matters most to the pair of them is the amount of joy and happiness they spread to their local community.

Dressed in their full costumes, Santa Claus and Mrs Clause spend every Christmas in the driveway of Ken’s home handing out candy canes and spreading Christmas cheer to the hundreds of people that pass by every day.

20 years ago Ken set up some Christmas lights and bought a $5 Santa suit and started handing out lollies in his driveway, prompting Leonie to join him some 12 years later. The duo has become a local hit, and they have no plans to stop in the near future.
