This 10 month program offers step by step instructions on how to turn an idea into a successful project that benefits all involved.

COMMUNITY CONNECT brings meaning and purpose into the workplace, and has a graduation at the end where people report outcomes, and celebrate success. 

This is not a one off. I don’t come in and give a rah rah speech and then leave with people thinking ‘Great, I agree with her. I just don’t know how to do it’ - this is a program with a process that enables and enhances leadership development.

It engages staff though the opportunity to make a difference in the community, designing and delivering a community project that has real impact by creating meaningful connections.

Progress and achievements are celebrated from the starting line right through to graduation, and when participants run into obstacles - they have the support of the facilitator and the group to help figure it out.

By the end of the first session, every participant will have identified some way they are going to build community connections, with a definitive time line, so the impact of the program can be measured.
